POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinates inter-department activities for the successful delivery of exceptional guest experience and provides direct oversight of entire facility maintenance, property condition, and maintenance staff for 40-69 residential units and 3-5 HOAs. This will include oversight of maintenance projects and maintenance staff and oversight of front desk staff as well as cross training at similar properties to be able to help fill in when other managers are out of office. Position will require oversight and management of HOA projects. The position will lead and oversee all Board of Directors Meetings as well as the annual HOA meeting and managing the HOA budget. Responsible for understanding and managing internal budgets. Resolves problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, unusual requests, and overall maintenance of entire facility and grounds to ensure working order, safety and impeccable standards are met. Position may require other duties as required by the business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or One to Two years related management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HOA management experience as well as vacation rental experience is a plus.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Reservations and Spreadsheet software. Proficiency in FRS software is preferred.
Valid drivers license and good driving record required-Must provide DMV record with application.
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Steamboat Springs area base hourly pay range: $31.73 - $40.87 per hour
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
