About the role
Turner & Townsend is looking an experienced Construction Manager, Project Coordinator, ORPM, CSF, PCG to work alongside our key client's large scale, ground-up commercial real estate construction project. The role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from inception through to commissioning.
What you'll do
Coordinate daily project activities between clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to support successful project delivery.
Monitor construction progress, schedule milestones, and project deliverables, identifying and escalating potential risks or delays.
Review construction documents, drawings, RFIs, and submittals to support project compliance and constructability.
Assist with procurement activities, including contractor coordination, long-lead equipment tracking, and vendor follow-up.
Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely project data.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, quality standards, safety compliance, and project progress.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and maintain communication among stakeholders.
Support risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist with commissioning, inspections, punch-list management, and project closeout activities.
Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and uploaded within designated document management systems.
Collaborate with cost, scheduling, and project controls teams to provide accurate project status reporting and dashboard updates.
Promote adherence to health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of construction.
A minimum of 8 years’ project management experience.
Degree in Construction management or Equivalent and OSHA certified.
Proficient – expert experience level using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to lead, coordinate & organize multiple stakeholders including general contractor and deliver project/program status reports as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
Develops good working relationships with project team.
Ability to work on site.
