Product Department Overview
The North America Product organization enables standardized product deployment at scale by connecting product definition, operational readiness, deployment execution, cost performance, and lessons learned. Product Enablement partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Construction Delivery, Supply Chain, Commissioning, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure products are ready to launch, deploy consistently, and improve through structured field feedback.
Position Overview
This role can be based in Denver, CO following our flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible). Or remote, US.
The Product Enablement Manager is an individual contributor who applies established change management, product readiness, and continuous improvement practices to support successful product deployment and adoption. The role coordinates project- and program-level readiness activities, facilitates cross-functional execution, and recommends practical improvements based on stakeholder feedback, adoption data, and lessons learned.
Working within established North America strategies, processes, standards, and governance, this role supports change initiatives from impact assessment through readiness, communication, training, deployment, adoption, reinforcement, and feedback. Success requires subject matter expertise, disciplined project execution, strong facilitation, and effective coordination with project teams, functional partners, and managers in a matrixed environment.
Execute and improve product readiness and adoption activities that help project teams translate approved product direction into consistent, deployment-ready practices.
Essential Job Functions
Change Planning, Readiness & Adoption Support
Apply and help continuously improve established product change management tools and processes, including impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, adoption plans, decision records, reinforcement activities, and success measures.
Coordinate change planning for assigned product programs and projects, working with Product, Engineering, Construction Delivery, Supply Chain, Commissioning, Operations, and Commercial partners to clarify impacts, responsibilities, timing, and adoption needs.
Assess process, role, capability, data, and tooling impacts; identify change risks and resistance; and recommend targeted mitigation and engagement actions.
Support readiness monitoring through deployment, document findings, and provide evidence-based recommendations to the appropriate decision owners.
Operational Readiness & Handover
Apply and maintain established operational readiness requirements, acceptance criteria, and handover expectations for assigned programs and projects.
Coordinate with functional owners to confirm approved product and operational requirements are reflected in OPRs, standards, design packages, commissioning expectations, enablement materials, and deployment processes.
Support the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of handover data, including asset records, configurations, approvals, and supporting evidence.
Identify readiness gaps, operational risks, and deployment bottlenecks; coordinate mitigation actions and route feedback to the appropriate product and engineering owners.
Change Communications, Engagement & Capability Building
Execute communication, engagement, training, and enablement activities for assigned change initiatives using established plans, channels, and templates.
Develop and maintain practical deployment materials, readiness checklists, role-based guidance, SOPs, and onboarding resources that explain approved changes and required actions.
Facilitate engagement with project teams, functional partners, and managers to reinforce communications, surface adoption barriers, and support consistent execution across assigned projects and sites.
Closed-Loop Feedback & Change Reinforcement
Maintain established feedback processes that capture as-designed, as-built, as-deployed, and as-operated observations and route them to the appropriate owners.
Facilitate listening sessions, adoption reviews, post-launch retrospectives, and field feedback forums; document themes, actions, owners, and status through closure.
Analyze feedback and adoption data and recommend improvements to product practices, communications, training, operating processes, and future deployments.
Support change request evaluation and implementation by coordinating impact information, stakeholder input, communications, action tracking, and effectiveness checks.
Maintain records for variances, exceptions, and product change requests in accordance with established governance and approval processes.
Metrics, Systems & Process Improvement
Track and report established readiness, engagement, adoption, proficiency, feedback closure, and sustainment measures for assigned initiatives.
Coordinate intake, triage, and tracking of design changes, lessons learned, field observations, and operational improvement opportunities.
Analyze trends to identify recurring issues, effective practices, and opportunities for standardization or process improvement, and provide recommendations to accountable owners.
Support technology and process owners in implementing workflows, automation, dashboards, and system integrations that improve product readiness execution.
Use adoption data, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to adjust project-level interventions, reduce rework, and improve sustained use of approved standards and practices.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Facilitate change impact workshops, project alignment sessions, readiness reviews, adoption assessments, and retrospectives.
Coordinate across project teams, functional partners, and managers to clarify dependencies, resolve routine issues, and escalate decisions to the appropriate owners.
Recommend and execute improvements that strengthen standardization, operational discipline, scalability, and repeatable delivery within assigned programs and projects.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Operational Readiness, Infrastructure Operations, Process Improvement, Construction Delivery, or a related field.
Experience supporting the deployment, scale, or operation of complex hardware-intensive, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, or data center products.
Demonstrated experience applying structured change management practices to complex product, process, or technology initiatives, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and feedback into practical recommendations.
Experience independently executing project-level work, managing competing priorities, and operating effectively with ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to build productive working relationships with project teams, functional partners, and managers in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial systems, hyperscale infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects.
Formal change management training or certification and experience applying a recognized methodology to project- or program-level change initiatives.
Familiarity with workflow automation, reporting platforms, dashboards, structured data, and operational metrics.
Experience maintaining and applying established standards, OPRs, operating procedures, governance processes, deployment playbooks, or readiness models.
Measures of Success
Assigned programs and projects demonstrate appropriate readiness and adoption of approved product changes.
Change plans, communications, training, readiness actions, and reinforcement activities are executed accurately and on schedule.
Adoption barriers, readiness gaps, and delivery risks are identified early, documented clearly, and supported through resolution or escalation.
Handover documentation is complete, traceable, and aligned with established operational readiness requirements.
Feedback and change actions are tracked reliably, with practical recommendations provided to accountable owners.
Metrics and reporting provide useful visibility into readiness, adoption, proficiency, sustainment, and continuous improvement opportunities.
