About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented recruiting professional who is comfortable taking initiative and managing multiple priorities. The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will support the Talent Acquisition team across a variety of roles while independently managing select junior and support-level searches. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational recruiting experience who is looking to grow their full-cycle recruiting and sourcing skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Support the full-cycle recruitment process by reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates and supporting new hire onboarding activities
Review applications and advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Facilitate candidate and hiring manager communications and provide timely status updates throughout the interview process
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned junior, support and other lower-complexity roles, including conducting screening interviews
Launch assessments, monitor progress and manage associated communications
Partner with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding activities
Create and update process documentation, communication templates and recruitment reporting
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system
Support special projects for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams
Required Experience
1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within a technology or SaaS organization
Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening and interview coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly establish relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
