Hospice Aide

Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. This position offers company car lending program, competitive pay, generous benefits, and a supportive work environment.
We are currently seeking a full time Hospice Aide to provide personal care services to our hospice patients.
Schedule:
5 days a week including weekends; 7:00am - 3:30pm
Location:
Sonoma County
**MUST HAVE HHA LICENSE**
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assist patient in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair as needed
Assist patient in and out of bed and with ambulation
Turn patient in bed, position for comfort, and change bed linen
Assist with prescribed exercises as directed
Education/Experience:
Completion of an approved Home Health Aide training program.
Experience in hospice or home health preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Completion of an approved Home Health Aide (HHA) training program. HOME CARE AIDE (HCA) CERTIFICATION IS NOT ACCEPTED.
Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car.
Pay Range:
$26.30 - $31.00 hourly
