Quality Supervisor - Off Shift (Food Manufacturing)

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead quality assurance activities at the Louisville, KY facility by providing technical guidance, scheduling support, and daily direction to quality technicians and associates. You will partner with operations to ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, primarily 5:00pm to 1:00am, with flexibility to support business needs.
On-Call Support: Occasional after-hours and weekend support, including phone and/or onsite response as needed to maintain quality coverage in a 24/6 operation.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Coordinate quality assurance activities including audits, training, and supply purchasing
Provide technical guidance and daily support to quality assurance team members
Monitor and verify critical control points within the HACCP program
Conduct good manufacturing practice and sanitation audits in production and warehouse areas
Partner with operations to resolve quality and food safety issues
Verify process controls are functioning and followed as designed
Place product on hold, release, in accordance with procedures
Coordinate investigation and resolution of customer complaints
Review analytical data and ensure statistical process control practices are followed
Provide technical and decision-making support and/or data analysis for managing situations and issues related to quality and/or food safety.
Collaborate and provide technical support for appropriate functions and employees to assure food safety and quality of company products.
Gauge and evaluate effectiveness and assure continuous improvements in assigned areas of responsibility.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor of Science degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry, food science, related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of quality or food safety experience, preferably in food manufacturing
Experience with food safety programs, good manufacturing practices, HACCP plans and digital quality management tools.
Knowledge of applicable food safety and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency reading and documenting measurements and quality data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
