Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Pharmacy Product Management And Leadership Of Major, Complex, And Strategic Cross-Divisional And Enterprise-Wide Product Support. Oversight, Coordination, And Ability To Support implementations According To Dynamic And Critical Timelines. Ability to Interact With All Levels Of Management, Including Senior Management. Ability To Travel Including Overnight Stays if required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree OR 4 years experience involving independent work and judgment.
3 years project management experience with large and complex multi-million dollar projects.
Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.
Experience researching issues and conducting research using databases/systems.
Experience developing and delivering presentations.
Problem resolution experience and skills.
Verbal and written and communication skills including developing and delivering speeches to various audiences, compose business cases and executive summaries, and build relationships with internal management, staff from various divisions, executive management and external vendors.
Organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.
Detailed oriented.
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel including overnight stays.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, strategy, or related discipline.
Healthcare, pharmacy, consulting, program delivery, product implementation, or delivery management experience within a large organization.
Experience leading program and product delivery, implementation design, operational readiness, cross functional solution development, governance, and executive reporting.
Knowledge of healthcare insurance and pharmacy industry trends, products, programs, networks, and legislative or regulatory initiatives.
Experience working with PBMs, vendors, technology partners, and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range$69,800.00 - $125,900.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
