The Global Security Services (GSS) Business Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and aligning resources to achieve security and business objectives. This position leads strategic planning efforts across the security organization, integrating financial planning, workforce development, and policy initiatives. The role requires collaboration across security disciplines to identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and ensure the successful execution of strategic priorities.
What You Will Do
Lead annual operating plan, budget development, forecasting, and long-range financial and resource planning.
Identify organizational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps; develop and implement solutions to improve speed, quality, and execution.
Drive the development, simplification, and continuous improvement of security policies, processes, and operating procedures.
Establish and mature security education and training strategies, programs, and workforce capabilities.
Coordinate priorities across security disciplines to reduce duplication, improve collaboration, and enable enterprise-wide solutions.
Develop metrics, reporting, governance, and management mechanisms to measure progress, identify risks, and drive accountability.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Experience with Microsoft Products
Qualifications We Prefer
CORE Professional or CORE Expert Certification
Experience managing workforce development initiatives, including education, training, and talent development programs.
Familiarity with financial management, including budget development, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Familiarity with metrics development and reporting mechanisms to drive accountability and measure progress.
Experience in policy development and process improvement within security organizations.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
