Account Manager

We're after someone with a genuine curiosity about markets and an instinct for spotting opportunity, someone who sees a client relationship as a long game, not a single transaction. In this role you'll own the acquisition and growth of our wholesale and business trading client base, turning first conversations into lasting, high value partnerships.
To drive real impact in this role, you will:
Grow the Client Base: Support the sales team in acquiring and managing business and wholesale trading clients, building relationships that drive real trading activity.
Onboard with Precision: Guide new business clients through onboarding and compliance verification, getting them trading quickly and correctly.
Stay Market Sharp: Keep your knowledge of forex, indices, commodities and equity derivatives current, and translate our trading platforms and tools into clear value for clients.
Chase the Numbers: Work towards and beyond individual and team KPIs and revenue targets, spotting cross-sell opportunities and flagging new products along the way.
Deliver Standout Support: Provide fast, professional client support across email, phone and chat, keeping CRM records accurate and follow-ups on track.
Keep It Compliant: Ensure every interaction adheres to ASIC regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related field, or at least 3 years in financial services or sales
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
RG146 compliance or willingness to complete certification
A proven track record thriving in high-pressure, target-driven environments
Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multicultural teams
Confidence with MS Office and CRM software, and comfort handling data and client records
A highly motivated "hunter" mentality with a solutions-first approach to client needs
Experience with wholesale or high net wealth clients in a brokerage or fintech setting is a strong bonus
A passion for financial markets with a grounding in CFDs and margin trading is a bonus but not essential
