Senior NDT Inspectors, NDE Specialists & Level II/III Technicians. Remote AI Project
We are seeking experienced Senior NDT Inspectors, NDE Specialists, Level II/III Technicians, Welding Inspectors, Asset Integrity Professionals, and Inspection Engineers to contribute their expertise to a remote AI project involving real-world non-destructive testing and inspection scenarios.
What You’ll Do
Review and interpret radiographic testing (RT) images
Analyze ultrasonic testing (UT) and phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) scans
Evaluate magnetic particle testing (MT) and penetrant testing (PT) indications
Identify and characterize weld defects and material discontinuities
Apply code-based acceptance criteria to make accept, reject, repair, or further-review recommendations
Review thermographic imagery or remote visual inspection footage when needed
Document findings, technical rationale, and recommended actions
Collaborate with other technical experts on complex or ambiguous inspection cases
Provide feedback that improves inspection guidelines and project quality

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of directly relevant NDT inspection or interpretation experience
Strong experience interpreting RT, UT/PAUT, MT, PT, or related NDT data
Active ASNT or ISO 9712 Level II/III certification in relevant methods strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of weld defects and code-based acceptance criteria
Experience making technically defensible accept/reject determinations
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal technical communication
Ability to work independently in a remote project environment
Preferred Background
ASNT or ISO 9712 Level III certification
API 510, API 570, or API 653 certification
AWS CWI, CSWIP, PCN, or equivalent certification
Extensive PAUT or radiographic interpretation experience
Oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, pipeline, or power-generation experience
Pressure vessel or piping inspection experience
Thermography or RVI experience
Experience reviewing or mentoring other inspectors
Experience developing NDT procedures or inspection standards
