A regional real-estate developer with projects across two cities is rebuilding its website, and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a writer to own the content on it. Right now the site is mostly brochures converted into web pages, which reads fine to someone who already trusts the developer and does very little for someone comparing three projects across a weekend of browsing.
The scope covers project pages, location guides, the FAQ content that answers the questions a buyer actually has about possession dates and payment plans, and the SEO groundwork to get those pages found in the first place.
What you'd be responsible for
Writing and maintaining project and location pages across live and upcoming developments
Building out FAQ and buyer-guide content that answers real pre-sale questions
Applying on-page SEO so pages are found by people searching for specific localities
What we're after
One to five years in web content, content writing or real-estate marketing, a working knowledge of on-page SEO, and the patience to make often-dry information — floor plans, payment schedules, possession timelines — genuinely readable.
On-site, based out of Bengaluru or Pune
An HR conversation, a writing assignment, a round with the marketing lead, and a final conversation
