• Maintain the CME SharePoint site, including clinician access lists and passcodes, secure biweekly updates of clinician CME data, and clinician education materials.
• Collaborate with operational leadership, Compliance, and Accounting to support accurate and compliant reporting of CME reimbursement expenditures.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Advocate Health CME policies for employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians and stay current on policy changes.
• Coordinate with operational leadership and Human Resources to support adherence to CME policy requirements.
• Partner with Human Resources, the Benefits team, and Physician Benefits Specialists to answer CME reimbursement questions from operational leaders, physicians, and advanced practice clinicians.
What You'll Bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to develop accurate and clear communications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with physicians and internal team members.
• Ability to manage multiple issues, requests, and competing priorities in a calm and organized manner.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete work with minimal supervision.
