Senior Manager, Organic Growth & Discovery

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Organic Growth & Discovery based in Germany.
This role will lead strategies designed to grow audiences through SEO, AEO, GEO, content optimization, and emerging discovery channels.
You’ll identify high-value growth opportunities by combining search behavior, competitive intelligence, audience insights, and content-performance data.
Your work will help content perform effectively across traditional search engines, AI-powered search, and evolving discovery platforms.
You’ll partner closely with Editorial, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Revenue teams to turn insights into measurable growth initiatives.
A key focus will be developing scalable approaches to content optimization, lifecycle management, internal linking, structured information, and digital experiences.
You’ll also help establish a disciplined measurement framework connecting organic visibility and engagement to broader business outcomes.
