Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Brazil.
This is a full-time, remote talent acquisition role offering meaningful ownership from day one.
You will manage full-cycle recruiting across sales, technology, and operations roles in a fast-growing, international environment.
The position combines candidate sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate experience.
Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to employer branding, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and People operations.
You will have the opportunity to build talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and help strengthen the organization’s employer brand.
