Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity to build and scale a modern Talent Acquisition function within a fast-growing technology and product environment. You will shape hiring strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, and recruitment operations across highly specialized technical and business functions. The role combines executive-level stakeholder partnership with direct ownership of critical hiring activities. You will build scalable processes, develop talent intelligence, and establish data-driven mechanisms that improve hiring speed, quality, and predictability. You will also lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team while building pipelines for niche and business-critical capabilities. This role is ideal for an experienced TA leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and wants to make recruitment a strategic business function.
