1. Webinar Conduct & Management - Direct Responsibility
 Plan and conduct webinars for prospective clients.
 Present the product, trading solutions, and value proposition in a simple and engaging
manner.
 Handle live questions and objections during webinars.
 Track webinar performance, attendance, engagement, and conversions.
 Continuously improve webinar content and presentation based on audience feedback and
conversion data.
2. One-to-One Client Sessions - Direct Responsibility
 Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients who attend the webinar.
 Understand the client's trading goals, experience, strategy, and requirements.
 Recommend the appropriate product/platform/setup based on the client's needs.
 Explain the complete process from account opening to starting live trading.
 Handle client queries and objections and move qualified prospects toward activation.
3. Account Opening - Team Guidance
 Guide and support the Account Opening team in converting webinar leads into active
clients.
 Ensure clients receive the right information and documentation support during the
account-opening process.
 Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
 Track account-opening status and follow up on pending cases.
4. Client Trading Setup - Team Guidance
 Take ownership of ensuring clients successfully complete their trading/algo setup.
 Guide the team in helping clients with:
o Trading account activation
o API/platform setup
o Algo platform integration
o Strategy setup
o Paper trading/testing
o Live trading activation
 Ensure that clients don't get stuck between account opening and actual trading.
 Monitor activation and identify reasons for drop-offs.
5. Marketing & Client Nurturing
 Work closely with the Marketing team to create and execute pre-webinar and post-
webinar campaigns.
 Suggest campaign ideas based on client questions, objections, and behaviour.
 Help create educational content, WhatsApp campaigns, emails, reminders, and follow-up
communication.
 Ensure leads are properly nurtured before the webinar and re-engaged after the webinar.
 Provide regular feedback to Marketing on lead quality and client requirements.
6. End-to-End Buyer Journey Ownership
Own and continuously improve the complete client journey:
Lead → Registration → Webinar → 1:1 Session → Account Opening → Trading Setup →
First Trade → Activation → Engagement
 Map every stage of the buyer journey.
 Identify drop-off points and conversion gaps.
 Define processes, communication, and ownership for every stage.
 Create SOPs and workflows for different client journeys.
 Track conversion metrics at each stage.
 Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall conversion and client experience.
