Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with business and IT service management requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.
Implement and customize:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Service Catalog
Request Management
Hardware Asset Management
Software Asset Management
Develop ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Configure software license management, software reclamation, compliance tracking, and publisher normalization in SAM.
Configure asset lifecycle management, stockrooms, procurement lifecycle, and asset tracking in HAM.
Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams.
