ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Equipment Supervisor for MCRP-02 project located in San Fernando, Pampanga
Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, utilization and performance of all equipment
- Supervise the daily operation, deployment and efficient utilization of construction equipment and machinery
- Monitor equipment operators to ensure safe and proper operation and promptly address and report any problem or concerns
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, operated safely and used in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
- Report, investigate and follow up on equipment related incidents, breakdowns and operational issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct trade test and competency assessments for new equipment operators to ensure they possess the required skill, knowledge and experience before hiring.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 3-5yrs of experience in equipment management and earthworks operations
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, maintenance and utilization
- Driver License (code B)
