Associate Consultant, Outcomes Research (HEOR / PROs)

Job Overview
The Associate Consultant, Patient-Centered Research, supports the design and delivery of patient-focused and outcomes research projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients. Working within a multidisciplinary consulting environment, the Associate Consultant contributes to projects focused on patient experience, patient-reported outcomes (PROs), clinical outcomes, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and evidence generation.
This role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing healthcare evidence, analyzing findings, and developing client-ready deliverables. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with an understanding of healthcare decision-making and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Essential Functions
Supporting the design and build of new technology solutions
of patient-centered research, outcomes research and HEOR studies including; understanding business needs, determining product specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research involving patients, caregivers, clinicians and other healthcare stakeholders
Managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders to support product development
Working in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders, under the guidance our “the best on the business” team leaders
Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
Assisting development and writing of proposals with senior support
Attending, supporting and presenting at client meetings
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences / Economics / Business. Master's Degree or Ph.D. with commercial experience in the healthcare industry welcome.
Advanced English
3-5 years of experience in HEOR, Patient-Centered Research, Outcomes Research, PROs, COAs, RWE, epidemiology or related healthcare research
Experience supporting qualitative and/or quantitative research studies.
Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, consulting or healthcare organizations.
Strong understanding of patient-reported outcomes and evidence-generation methodologies.
