Fixed Income Division - Analyst, Taiwan Institutional Sales (Hong Kong)

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Taiwan Sales team in Hong Kong as an Analyst to support institutional client coverage in Taiwan across foreign exchange, credit and rates products while developing deep market knowledge and long-term client relationships.
In the Fixed Income division, we work in fast-paced and constantly changing global markets to assess and manage risk, trade securities, manage relationships with clients, and structure and execute innovative transactions.

What you'll do in the role:
* Support coverage of institutional clients in Taiwan across FX, credit and rates products
* Develop relationships with asset managers, insurance companies, banks and other institutional investors
* Prepare market updates, trade ideas and client presentations for sales meetings and discussions
* Partner with trading, research and syndicate teams to deliver relevant market insights and solutions
* Monitor macroeconomic developments, market trends and client activity across Taiwan and broader Asia
* Coordinate execution and follow-up of client transactions while maintaining high standards of service
* Analyze client needs and identify opportunities to expand product usage and deepen relationships
* Contribute to team initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across global markets businesses
What you'll bring to the role:
* 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in markets will be valuable
* Strong interest in financial markets, particularly foreign exchange, credit and rates products
* Ability to analyze information, identify key themes and communicate ideas clearly
* Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a client-focused environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Demonstrated initiative, curiosity and willingness to learn
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
