Key Responsibilities
Manages the main website’s day-to-day operations, making routine edits, content updates, custom theme/plugin modifications, and structural enhancements.
Builds and maintains high-performance landing pages that integrate seamlessly with HubSpot forms and tracking.
Owns the technical tracking stack including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking implementations.
Develops A/B testing frameworks to systematically improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the site.
Ensures technical SEO health by managing site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness.
Collaborates with the CRM Manager to ensure data flows cleanly from web forms to the CRM without data loss.
Manages the website's security, hosting environment, content security policies (CSP), and plugin/API integrations.
Architect and lead the future migration from our current legacy WordPress setup to a modern, scalable web stack (e.g., Headless CMS, React, Webflow).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in front-end and full-stack web development focused on high-growth B2B or SaaS marketing sites.
Proficiency in WordPress development, custom theme creation, and database/plugin management.
Strong working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and headless architecture concepts (React, Next.js, Webflow, or headless WordPress) to lead future migration efforts.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design practices.
Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 configuration, and server-side tracking setups.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and integrating HubSpot embedded forms/APIs.
Background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) using tools like Hotjar, VWO, or Google Optimize/Optimizely.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design collaboration using Figma.
Prior experience managing site rebuilds, staging/production deployments, and URL redirect mapping to preserve SEO rankings during major migrations.
