Inżynier Procesu (Manufaturing Engineer)

Responsibilities:
Continuous optimization of production processes
Implementation of new and advanced production technologies
Preparation of documentation in accordance with APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 standards
Procurement of new production equipment
Increasing productivity and analyzing production performance
Continuous implementation of improvement initiatives
Conducting benchmarking analyses with other BorgWarner facilities
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Knowledge of mass production processes
Solid knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and tools
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Technical knowledge of the relevant product and manufacturing process
Knowledge of mechanical engineering is an asset
English proficiency enabling effective business communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
