•Own and develop the brand's overall marketing and PR strategy across all consumer touch points. •Develop and manage 360° marketing and GTM plans in line with brand direction and business priorities. •Align marketing priorities with Inventory, EC and PM teams, and drive improvements to the go-to-market process. •Review marketing performance, analyze results and optimize strategies accordingly. •Lead retail marketing initiatives, including retail activations, in-store VM updates and GWP planning. •Lead PR and KOL / celebrity initiatives, including PR event planning and execution in collaboration with PR agencies. •Develop and manage KOL / celebrity seeding strategies and collaboration projects. •Monitor market trends, competitors and media landscape, and identify opportunities for the brand. •Develop and present bi-annual marketing performance reviews and upcoming marketing plans to landlords to strengthen partnerships and align on future initiatives. •Oversee overall content and social media direction to ensure consistency with brand strategy.
