Software Engineer II

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (SE II) with strong front-end engineering expertise to contribute to the Corporate Onboarding initiative.
The ideal candidate will be strong in React, comfortable building complex customer-facing workflows, and have solid Java/backend development experience. The engineer should be able to independently take a feature from design through implementation, integration, testing, and production readiness.
4–5 years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on UI development.
Strong hands-on experience with React.
Strong understanding of:
React components and hooks
State management
Form handling and validations
REST API integration
Component reusability
Responsive UI development
Error and exception handling
Experience building enterprise-grade, customer-facing web applications.
Good understanding of accessibility and secure UI development practices.
Hands-on experience with Java and preferably Spring Boot.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of API contracts, request/response models, validations, and error handling.
Experience with relational/NoSQL persistence as applicable.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Experience integrating with enterprise services and external APIs.
Design and develop responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components using React.
Build complex, multi-step application and onboarding journeys with a strong focus on user experience.
Implement role-based and dynamic UI behavior.
Integrate UI components with REST APIs and backend services.
Develop and enhance backend services using Java.
Implement API integrations with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
Handle application state, validations, error scenarios, and data persistence effectively.
Write clean, maintainable, testable code with appropriate unit and integration test coverage.
Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into practical engineering solutions.
Troubleshoot issues across UI, API, and integration layers.
Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, UX, QA, and dependent engineering teams.
Own assigned features through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
