We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers and resolve their questions through chat, email, phone, and social media.
Requirements:
Fluent Malay
Bachelor’s degree
Good communication and writing skills
Customer support experience is a plus
What you’ll do:
Answer customer questions and provide clear information
Resolve issues and complaints
Follow company policies and service standards
Work with other teams when needed
