The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our guests, team members, visitors and hotel premises.
The role is responsible for conducting regular patrols, monitoring security and fire life safety systems, managing access control, protecting hotel assets, responding to incidents and emergencies, and ensuring compliance with hotel security procedures and relevant regulations.
The Security Officer is expected to maintain a highly visible and professional presence while delivering security services with warmth and hospitality. The role works closely with the Safety & Security team and other hotel departments to identify and address potential risks, support emergency response and ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone within the hotel.
Minimum Secondary School or equivalent qualification.
