Officer - Stores

To manage store operations efficiently through ERP systems by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and record while supporting uninterrupted production and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process material receipts, issues, transfers, and GRAN transactions in ERP systems (Tally, TranZact, etc.).
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure material availability.
Verify incoming materials against purchase documents and coordinate discrepancy resolution with Procurement and Quality teams.
Issue materials against approved requisitions and support production, maintenance, and project activities.
Conduct monthly, annual, and cycle stock verifications to ensure inventory accuracy and control variances.
Maintain inventory-related documentation and support internal and external audit requirements.
Ensure proper material storage, identification, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and 5S housekeeping standards.
Generate inventory, consumption, ageing, and stock movement reports and support data analysis.
Assist in inventory reconciliation, BOM consumption tracking, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
