Data Analyst (1-year fixed-term)

Ensure the availability, quality and integrity of data across Seeds Field Crops quality-testing activities.
Lead and deliver analytical projects at global, regional and country level.
Develop, maintain and continuously improve KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for laboratory performance monitoring and management decision-making.
Analyse quality-testing and project data, translating findings into practical, decision-enabling insights.
Develop predictive models that support test reduction and earlier operational decisions.
Support seasonal and short-term test-volume planning across laboratory, regional and global operations.
Ensure global analytical outputs align with relevant company standards.
Drive continuous improvement in analytical tools, methodologies and data-governance practices across the global seed-testing network.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or a related discipline.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong working knowledge of Power BI and SQL; Python or R skills are an advantage.
Understanding of basic statistical analysis and experience working with complex, multi-source datasets.
Ability to turn data into clear, actionable business recommendations and communicate analytical outcomes to non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with project-management principles and tools, such as Agile, PMI or equivalent.
Able to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
