We are currently seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team in PAN India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Title: Full Stack Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for full stack solutions across backend (Python, C#/.NET) and frontend (React).
Act as the primary technical interface with the client, driving solution discussions, technical decision making, and innovation initiatives.
Design, develop, and govern scalable, secure, and high performance backend services using Python and C# (.NET, APIs, microservices).
Lead development of modern, responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and associated frameworks.
Define end to end solution architecture, including application layering, API contracts, data flows, and integration patterns.
Drive technical innovation, identifying opportunities for modernization, automation, performance improvements, and adoption of new technologies.
Translate business and non functional requirements into robust technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the team.
Lead code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical design sessions.
Oversee and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployments.
Ensure security, performance, scalability, and reliability are embedded into all solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross stack technical issues.
Mentor and guide developers, fostering technical excellence and growth within the team.
Support estimations, technical proposals, and roadmap planning.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in full stack development roles.
Strong hands on experience with: o Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), C# (.NET Core/.NET), RESTful APIs, microservices o Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern UI frameworks
Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and integration strategies.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing.
Strong experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
Hands on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead technically, influence decisions, and drive outcomes across distributed teams. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-native architectures, serverless, or event-driven systems.
Knowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
Experience modernizing legacy applications or driving digital transformation initiatives.
Exposure to performance engineering, observability, and monitoring tools.
Prior experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams.
Experience contributing to technical strategy, innovation roadmaps, or accelerators.
Technical Leadership & Client Engagement
Develop a strong understanding of the client's business landscape, technology architecture, platforms, and products.
Act as a trusted technical partner, understanding and responding to the client's needs while representing the capabilities and expectations of the team and NTT as an organization.
Proactively challenge existing BAU processes where appropriate and recommend more effective, scalable, or innovative approaches.
Bring solid solutioning experience across Cloud (preferably GCP), backend systems, applications, and service layers, enabling effective collaboration on technical reviews, business development initiatives, and proposal creation.
Confidently articulate technical concepts and engage with client stakeholders on behalf of the offshore team.
Build strong relationships with client technical teams and establish credibility as a technical leader.
Offshore Team Leadership & Governance
Serve as the custodian of offshore delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for the offshore technical team, providing guidance, direction, and clarification on technical matters.
Drive quality governance across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and client requirements.
Understand the client's culture and ways of working, and actively champion and embed these practices within the offshore team.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Capability Building & Talent Development
Support the growth and expansion of the offshore capability through hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
Participate in and lead technical interviews to help build a high-performing engineering team.
Identify skill gaps within the team and develop targeted improvement plans through training programs, mentoring, lunch-and-learn sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Coach and mentor team members to strengthen both their technical and professional capabilities.
Act as a liaison with Service Lines, keeping them informed of the client's technology landscape, strategic direction, and evolving requirements.
Technical Expertise
Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures (preferably GCP), application development, backend engineering, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, architecture reviews, design governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Ability to provide technical oversight, solution guidance, and architectural direction across multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Experience driving technical excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and engineering standards.
This role requires a balance of technical depth, client engagement, delivery governance, and people leadership, with a strong focus on building a sustainable and high-performing offshore engineering capability.
