Senior Manager - Strategic Partnerships

About the Role
Swiggy is looking for an experienced professional to build and manage strategic partnerships with large institutions, enterprises and key business ecosystems across our priority markets.
The role will involve identifying opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders, developing partnership frameworks and working closely with internal teams to create solutions that enhance Swiggy’s presence and engagement across important consumer and business ecosystems.
This is a highly collaborative, stakeholder-facing role requiring strong relationship-building, commercial understanding and the ability to navigate complex organization.
We are looking for someone who is well-networked, commercially astute and highly effective at building relationships and getting things done.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, engaging with senior stakeholders and creating partnerships that deliver tangible business outcomes.
Experience across multiple markets, particularly Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop strategic relationships with large enterprises, institutions and business ecosystems across key cities.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers and relevant stakeholders across organization.
Understand partner requirements and develop mutually beneficial partnership models.
Lead discussions and negotiations through to closure and implementation.
Work closely with city, operations, commercial, legal and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
Develop a strong understanding of local market dynamics and identify opportunities to strengthen Swiggy’s presence across priority ecosystems.
Build scalable partnership approaches that can be replicated across markets.
Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion.
Represent Swiggy in senior-level external engagements and build long-term institutional relationships.
What We’re Looking For
12-14 years of experience in strategic partnerships, institutional relationships, business development, corporate real estate, enterprise partnerships, facility management, consulting or related fields.
Experience working with large enterprises, institutions or complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organization and bring multiple stakeholders together.
Strong commercial and problem-solving orientation.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
Ability to operate independently across multiple cities and manage a diverse stakeholder landscape.
A strong bias for execution and demonstrated ability to take partnerships from initial conversations to implementation.
