Job Description
Responsible for the annual promotion plan of several brands under different product categories to maximize consumer appeal. Overseeing the entire end-to-end process from planning to implementation for promotion activities. Strong understanding of brand equity is required to ensure the plan’s relevancy for the brands. Managing different stakeholders at different level is daily task as alignment is key in the company matrix organization.
• Understand brands’ equity, business and opportunities
• Understand channels’ landscape and opportunities
• Propose promotional ideas which fit with each brand at certain time
• Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
• Liaise with marketing teams to align promotional activities of a product category
• Secure approval from relevant stakeholders for implementation
• Collaborate with different functions for implementation supervision
• Propose forecasts for product demand to ensure the availability of inventory
• Assume responsibility of budget management for category
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in brand or channel management
• Solid knowledge of below-the-line operation
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Proven characteristics in Attention to details & Follow through
• Good at English
• Strong in data analysis, analytical thinking and communication skills
• Strong ability to pay attention to details, scenario-planning & handle short-notice changes
• Proficient in MS Office, High level in Excel skills
