Role Description As a Lead UI UX Designer at Zaggle, you will be responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end user experience across our FinTech products and platforms. You will lead the design process from discovery to delivery, including conducting user research, facilitating design thinking workshops, creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and developing visually compelling, consistent interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs that support key product metrics. You will mentor and guide other designers, establish design standards and component libraries, and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

The ideal candidate should have worked on products in areas such as Payments, Rewards & Loyalty, Travel & Expense, Spend Management, Cards, or related financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile.
Simplify complex B2B/B2C workflows.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Build and scale design systems.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Mentor designers and maintain design quality.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of UI/UX / Product Design experience.
Strong Fintech SaaS background.
Excellent Figma and design system skills.
Experience with enterprise dashboards and complex workflows.
Strong product thinking and stakeholder communication.
Experience leading or mentoring designers.
