About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP / HANA ABAP / S/4HANA ABAP Consultant to join our SAP practice. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. The role involves working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality SAP solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, RICEFW objects, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, Enhancements, Interfaces, and S/4HANA development projects. Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects is highly preferred.
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mangalore, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Bhubaneswar, Nagpur, Jaipur, Indore, Coimbatore, Noida, Vizag, Kolkata, Mysore, Hubli.

Roles & Responsibilities – SAP ABAP / HANA ABAP / S/4HANA ABAP Consultant
Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP developments in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Develop and enhance RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Work on ABAP on HANA developments including CDS Views, AMDP, and performance optimization.
Develop and consume OData Services for SAP Fiori applications.
Create and enhance Interfaces using IDOC, RFC, BAPI, ALE, Proxy, and Web Services.
Design and develop Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Interactive Forms.
Develop Classical Reports, Interactive Reports, ALV Reports, and OO ALV Reports.
Work on Enhancements such as User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI, Enhancement Framework, and Implicit/Explicit Enhancements.
Develop Function Modules, Classes, Methods, Module Pool Programs, and Dialog Programming.
Perform Data Dictionary (DDIC) activities including Tables, Structures, Views, Search Helps, and Lock Objects.
Analyze functional specifications and prepare technical design documents.
Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Participate in End-to-End Implementations, Rollouts, Upgrades, Support, and S/4HANA Migration projects.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, defect fixing, and performance tuning activities.
Support production issues and provide timely resolution for critical business incidents.
Prepare Technical Specifications, Unit Test Documents, and Development Documentation.
Follow SAP development standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare support phases.
Work on data migration objects and integration requirements as part of project deliverables.
Ensure high-quality deliverables within defined timelines and project standards.
