This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist based in the United States.
This fully remote role focuses on building meaningful connections with prospective members and helping them understand the value of a specialized kidney health management program. You’ll engage with individuals through multiple communication channels, establish trust, and address questions or concerns throughout the enrollment journey. The role combines customer engagement, education, and goal-oriented outreach in a supportive, performance-driven environment. You’ll use active listening, empathy, and persuasive communication to overcome barriers and encourage participation. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to share member feedback and improve engagement strategies. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to improved access to health support while developing your skills in healthcare-focused member engagement.
