Operations Project Manager II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Project Manager II based in the United States.
This role leads medium- to high-complexity operational projects from initial concept through successful implementation and launch.
You’ll translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
Working across multifunctional, cross-divisional, and multicultural teams, you’ll coordinate stakeholders and keep projects aligned to scope, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
The position combines project leadership, risk management, operational improvement, customer engagement, and executive communication.
You’ll identify challenges early, develop effective mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement across key operational metrics.
Success requires strong ownership, sound judgment, structured communication, and the ability to motivate diverse teams toward shared outcomes.
The role is full-time and remote within the United States, with opportunities to work on strategic initiatives that have broad organizational and customer impact.
