The opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building the teams behind Akselos’ next stage of growth. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll lead full-lifecycle recruitment across technical, engineering, R&D, and corporate roles, while helping build scalable hiring practices across our global organization. You’ll be our expert voice in the talent market—partnering with leaders, building strong talent pipelines, strengthening our employer brand, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Strategy
Own the full recruitment journey—from sourcing and first contact to offer and onboarding—for technical, engineering, commercial and Corporate roles, with a strong focus on our Vietnam team.
Build smart, proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing, talent mapping and market intelligence, while partnering closely with hiring managers to shape the right recruitment strategy.
Bring curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset to recruitment, including experimenting with AI and new tools to make the way we hire faster, smarter and more effective.
Employer Branding, University Relations & Alumni
Help make Akselos visible and attractive to the talent we want to reach. Bring our technology, Culture and employee experience to life, working with Marketing to create engaging, AI-enabled content.
Build strong relationships with universities and early-career talent, while developing our Akselos Alumni community and keeping former employees connected to our journey.
Recruitment data & analytics
Turn recruitment data into action. Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, conversion, and offer acceptance; identify bottlenecks and market trends; and translate insights into practical improvements.
Help build a more data-driven and continuously improving Talent Acquisition function.
Employee engagement & culture
Be a local ambassador for what makes Akselos a great place to work. Bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life throughout the candidate journey and into the employee experience. Partner with HR and local leaders to support engagement initiatives to help strengthen a collaborative, high-performing Akselos Culture.
What You Bring
Must-have
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Recruitment expertise: Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally hiring for technical, engineering, or software roles within a technology environment.
Sourcing capability: Strong hands-on experience with proactive and niche sourcing techniques, including engaging hard-to-reach and passive talent.
Scale-up mindset: Experience working in a fast-growing, international or matrixed environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Technology & data: Comfortable using an ATS and leveraging recruitment data to improve hiring decisions and processes.
English: Professional fluency in English is essential, as English is our Company language.
Talent passion: Genuine enthusiasm for discovering great people and creating a positive candidate experience from first contact to joining Akselos.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a technology, software, engineering, or high-growth Company.
