Head of Sales | Telematics

We are looking for a Head of Sales Telematics to lead the growth of Teltonika's sales operation in Kazakhstan, working with our leading telematics devices portfolio.
Teltonika Telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
This is a senior hands-on leadership role, player-coach, combining strategic responsibility with direct market execution.
In this role you will:
• Grow and develop Teltonika's sales operation in Kazakhstan.
• Build, lead, and coach a local sales team.
• Act as a hands-on player-coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration.
• Execute and adapt the defined GTM strategy to the Kazakhstan market.
• Develop and manage distributor and partner relationships.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters and regional stakeholders.
Requirements
What we expect of you:
• Having leadership experience is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Professional-level English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Exposure to GTM (go-to-market) strategy is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage market environment.
