About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager to own some of our key influencer marketing accounts.
If you can take a brand brief, turn it into a campaign, keep 20 things moving at once and still know what the client needs before they ask, you’ll fit right in.
What your day will actually look like
• Take influencer campaign briefs from brands and understand the objective, audience, messaging, budget and deliverables
• Build campaign plans and timelines with the strategy, creative and influencer teams
• Share creator recommendations with clients and explain why each creator fits the campaign
• Coordinate with influencer buying teams on creator availability, commercials and negotiations
• Manage creator shortlists, approvals, contracts, briefs, content submissions and revisions
• Keep track of every deliverable across creators and make sure nothing slips
• Review influencer content before it goes to the client and ensure it meets the brief, brand guidelines and platform requirements
• Manage client feedback and turn it into clear, actionable inputs for the internal team and creators
• Run regular client calls, campaign updates and status reports
• Handle last-minute changes, creator dropouts, delayed content and everything else that comes with influencer marketing
• Track campaign spends, deliverables, live links and performance metrics
• Share campaign reports and insights with clients, not just a dump of numbers
• Build strong relationships with brand marketing teams and become their go-to person for influencer campaigns
• Look for opportunities to expand the relationship into larger campaigns, new briefs and additional influencer initiatives
What you need to bring
• 2-5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably at an influencer, digital or integrated marketing agency
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from brief to closure
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience, positioning, objectives, communication and campaign effectiveness
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the Indian creator ecosystem
• Experience working with creators, talent managers and influencer buying teams
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable managing budgets, timelines and multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when there are 30+ creators involved
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions and keep things moving without constant follow-ups
This role is for you if
You’re the person who can sit on a client call at 11 AM, fix a creator issue at 1 PM, review 15 pieces of content at 3 PM and still send a clean campaign update by EOD.
We’re looking for marketing people who specialise in influencer marketing, not coordinators who simply move briefs and follow-ups between teams.
