This position reports to:
Accounting&Reporting Mgr-Gen. Accounting

岗位职责:
阶段一：主数据管理（3个月）
- 维护客户以及供应商主数据，执行数据清晰以及合规校验
- 协同IS/MDG团队测试主数据系统升级，输出测试报告
- 维护及更新主数据操作SOP
阶段二：应付账款（6个月）
- 独立处理发票校验，管理异常票据池
- 参与全球供应商发票系统改进项目
阶段三：应收账款（6个月）
- 负责客户收款对账以及差异初步分析
- 协助管理客户账龄以及追踪
阶段四：总账会计（6个月）
- 参与月度 /年度结账流程，编制基础会计分录
- 协助编制法定报表以及附注数据底稿
阶段五：FAO运营管理（6个月）
- 参与FAO运营管理，负责各流程KPI等情况的追踪；
- 参与流程改进项目
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上，财务会计相关专业；
2. 英语听说读写流利，日语/韩语/德语/西班牙语任一能力者优先；
3. 熟练使用Power BI/Excel VBA宏/Python或C++等工具；
4. 逻辑严谨、学习敏锐、沟通高效、抗压突出，具备团队协作能力；
5. 可接受短期异地或海外派遣
