Wealth And PMS Operations

About The Role
We are looking for a Wealth and PMS Operations professional to manage end-to-end operational processes across mutual fund and PMS accounts, with a strong emphasis on ARN transfer processing. The role involves account operations, transaction processing, reconciliation, and coordination with AMCs, RTAs, and custodians, while ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality.
Must Have (Skills/Exposures/Certifications)
● Hands-on experience in ARN (AMFI Registration Number) transfer / broker-code transfer process is mandatory.
● Strong working knowledge of Mutual Fund and PMS (Portfolio Management Services) operations.
● Experience in folio management, KYC, and client onboarding for wealth and PMS accounts.
● Familiarity with RTA platforms (CAMS, KFintech) and PMS custodian/depository processes.
● Working knowledge of transaction processing — purchase, redemption, switch, SIP/STP/SWP, and corporate actions.
● Sound understanding of SEBI and AMFI regulatory and compliance requirements for wealth and PMS operations. What You'll Own
● Process ARN and broker-code transfer requests end-to-end, coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and internal stakeholders within defined TATs
. ● Manage day-to-day operations for Wealth and PMS accounts, including onboarding, KYC, and folio/account maintenance.
● Process and verify transactions — purchases, redemptions, switches, SIP/STP/SWP registrations, and corporate action updates.
● Coordinate with custodians and depositories for PMS trade settlements, holdings reconciliation, and reporting.
● Reconcile client holdings, cash positions, and NAV data between internal systems, RTAs, and custodians.
● Ensure timely and accurate MIS/reporting for management, partners, and clients on transaction and portfolio status.
● Track and resolve operational queries and escalations from clients, partners, and internal teams within SLA. Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal audit/compliance requirements across all operational processes.
● Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational turnaround and accuracy.
● Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all wealth and PMS operational activities.

Is This You?
● 2 – 6 years of experience in Wealth Management, PMS, Mutual Fund, or Broking Operations
● Mandatory hands-on experience in ARN transfer / broker-code transfer processing.
● Prior experience with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), custodians, or wealth-tech platforms is highly preferred.
● Strong process orientation with high attention to detail and accuracy.
● Working knowledge of MS Excel and operations/reporting tools; comfort with data reconciliation.
● Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across AMCs, custodians, partners, and internal teams.
● Exposure to compliance, audit, and regulatory reporting processes is an advantage.
