In-House Social Content Creator (Beauty)

Summary
Forsit is seeking a creative and outgoing In-House Social Content Creator to create engaging beauty content for the U.S. market.
You’ll focus primarily on TikTok and Instagram, developing short-form content that turns beauty products into ideas people want to stop, watch, and share.
This role is highly hands-on. You’ll help shape content from concept to execution, working closely with the team to build a strong and distinctive social presence for a new beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Develop engaging concepts that highlight beauty products in creative and relatable ways
Identify strong product hooks and turn them into compelling social content
Stay up to date on TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, memes, and creator formats
Experiment with different storytelling styles, visual concepts, and content formats
Review content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach
Collaborate closely with the team on creative direction and social content ideas
What You Bring
Proven experience creating and editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form social content
A portfolio or social media profile showing content you personally created
Passion for beauty and a strong interest in beauty and skincare trends
Comfortable appearing on camera
Strong video editing skills and familiarity with short-form content creation tools
Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging
Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas
Ability to create and communicate content ideas in English
Nice to Have
Experience creating beauty or skincare content
Experience creating content for U.S. audiences
Experience growing a TikTok or Instagram account
Content with 1M+ views
Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing tools
Portfolio
A portfolio or social media profile is required.
