Job description :
1. Maintenance of A/c's and MIS reporting in accordance with Sanmar Accounting policies
Submission of MIS, Weekly report, Flash, Operations review report.
Submission of Stock and debtors’ statement and QIS.
2. To ensure proper coordination with internal and Statutory audit requirements.
Coordinating with auditors (Statutory & Internal )
Co-ordinate with the internal auditors and conform with the internal audit reports.
Handling of statutory audit, Tax Audit
3. On-time completion of monthly and annual accounting activities.
Execution of standard costing , Actual costing
Calculating WIP, variance against standard
Settlement of variance , Analysis of variances
Calculating depreciation, Interest.
Raising of inter-company debit notes on service transactions
Accounting of foreign expenses / review
Preparation of annual accounts in schedule VI format and compilation of related schedules.
Review monitor and report the performance against various parameters to the business team.
