Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Diagnosis & Strategic Proposals
Conduct deep-dive artistic evaluations of our existing Slot portfolio against top-tier Western competitors.
Analyze interface hierarchy, color harmony, material texturing, and dynamic motion rhythms to uncover core visual pain points.
Author structured, highly persuasive proposal decks (Figma, Keynote, PPT, or PDF) detailing current gaps, competitor benchmarks, actionable design solutions, and expected UX impact.
2. Hands-On Execution & Visual Benchmarking
Personally design end-to-end visual benchmarks for key game systems, event packaging, and high-impact UI elements.
Drive the visual quality ceiling by directing audiovisual mechanics—controlling the pacing, excitement triggers, sound-and-light feedback, and win-celebration sequences.
3. Visual Standard Formulation & Team Mentorship
Establish comprehensive Slot art guidelines, design systems, and specialized asset libraries (e.g., stylized gold, polished metals, gems, neon glow effects).
Provide directional feedback and high-level artistic guidance to cross-functional UI designers, animators, and VFX artists across multiple product lines.
Qualifications:
5+ years of leadership experience as an Art Director, Principal Artist, or Senior Lead UI/Visual Artist on top-performing overseas Slot / Social Casino titles.
Proven track record leading the visual design for high-grossing Slot games.
Artistic Documentation & Strategy: Exceptional ability to translate intuitive art concepts into clear, illustrated, data-backed pitch documents and style guides.
Mastery of Execution: Advanced hands-on proficiency with Photoshop and Figma, along with a solid grasp of motion tools (After Effects, Spine) to produce final commercial-grade assets.
Slot Player Psychology: Deep familiarity with Western player aesthetics and audiovisual feedback loops including coin-eruption mechanics, reel-suspense anticipation, and win-tier hierarchies.
High Ownership & Proactivity: Ability to independently audit products, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive visual initiatives with minimal supervision.
Language & Collaboration: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) with experience collaborating across remote, cross-cultural teams.
