Requirement of Microbiologist- Team Lead - FSSAI Certified Food Analyst is preferred.
JD-
Daily Monitoring of Microbiological Samples of Food water and Environment. Required experience 7-10 years in the food testing laboratory.
Daily monitoring of log books and calibration .
Need to do documentation as per ISO 17025 requirement.
Need to perform work as per the requirement and assigned by HOD.
Must have knowledge to face NABL /regulatory audit.
6 . FSSAI Certified Food Analyst will be preferred.
Monitoring of TAT, report review, inventory monitoring of micro department.
