Manager – Finance & Accounts
Role Summary
The Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts is the second-in-command of the group finance function.
The role owns end-to end execution of the three core finance processes — Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to Cash (O2C) — across AcoBloom and all group entities under common management, ensures all statutory compliances are met on time, and is directly accountable for preparation of the annual financial statements (balance sheet), the annual income-tax return, and the regular MIS pack for management.
The incumbent runs the day-to-day finance engine so that the VP Finance can focus on strategy, funding, board matters and group-level oversight.
This is a hands-on leadership role: the person must be able to review a ledger as comfortably as they present an MIS to leadership.
