Job Responsibilities
Purpose: Achieving Business goals with customer retention & acquisitions by providing solutions and prompt services.
Promote Equipment’s and Solutions to Existing and new Customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industry.
Recommend appropriate welding machines for customer Applications.
Provide technical demonstration and trials of equipment.
Trouble shoot welding related issues and propose process improvement
Should Focus on New customer leads, Quotes and order Closure.
Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Achieve agreed upon solution Sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate Solution sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends & continuously improve through feedback.
Effectively utilize the CRM platform and ensure accurate, timely reporting to enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and support business growth.
Job Requirements
Diploma / B Tech Engineer in Elect/Mech
Excellent selling, negotiation, prioritizing, time management and communication skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Proven 10 – 15 Years work experience in welding field.
Extensice equipment Market knowledge is mandatory
