Software Development Engineer - Intern

About Radiolinq
Radiolinq is a healthtech startup building an AI-native ecosystem for radiology. Our platform brings together RIS, PACS, AI-powered reporting, billing, workflow management, collaboration, and teleradiology into one connected platform.
We are looking for a Software Developer Intern who wants to work closely with a startup engineering team and build products that are used in real healthcare environments.
What you'll work on
Build and improve web applications used by hospitals, diagnostic centres, and radiologists
Work on frontend and backend features across the Radiolinq platform
Write clean, maintainable and reusable code
Debug issues and improve product performance and reliability
Work closely with product, design and engineering teams
Learn how real-world healthcare software is designed, built and deployed
What we're looking for
Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript
Basic understanding of backend development using any framework such as Java/Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Django, Node.js, etc.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
Basic understanding or interest in AI/ML and integrating AI into applications
Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to learn quickly and work across different parts of the technology stack
Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with Git/GitHub is a plus
