Director, Internal Communications

The Director, Internal Communications will shape and lead organization-wide communications that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and alignment with strategic priorities. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, People and Culture, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure employees receive clear, timely, and meaningful information. The position combines communications strategy, storytelling, change management, employee engagement, and event leadership in a fast-paced professional services environment. You will advise leaders through organizational change, sensitive communications, and firm-wide initiatives while helping connect brand identity with workplace culture. The role will also oversee internal communication channels, employee events, newsletters, town halls, surveys, and listening initiatives. Success in this position requires strong judgment, exceptional writing and relationship-building skills, and a thoughtful approach to equity, inclusion, and organizational culture.
