💼 Experience: 10+ Years in US Staffing/Recruitment Operations
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and optimize recruiter allocation across accounts and projects
✅ Drive resource planning and utilization strategies
✅ Partner with Delivery Managers and Recruiting Leads to meet hiring goals
✅ Monitor team performance, productivity, and delivery metrics
✅ Ensure effective workforce forecasting and capacity planning
✅ Support operational excellence and process improvements
Preferred Skills: • Strong understanding of US Staffing and Recruitment Operations
• Experience in resource planning and workforce management
• Stakeholder and team management expertise
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
