🎈 SKY WALTZ IS HIRING — PERFORMANCE MARKETING & GROWTH SPECIALIST
SkyWaltz is looking for someone who measures success in seats sold.
Since 2008, SkyWaltz Balloon Safari has been pioneering hot air balloon experiences in India, flying guests at dawn and dusk over the forts, palaces, villages and countryside of Rajasthan and beyond.
It’s an award-winning, premium experience — and every seat in our basket is limited.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist who can put SkyWaltz in front of the right traveller at the right moment and turn attention into bookings and revenue.
🚀 THE ROLE
Plan, launch, manage and scale campaigns across Meta & Google Ads
Drive bookings and seat sales for Sky Visa and Exclusive experiences
Target high-intent Indian and international travellers
Optimize campaigns for cost per booking, ROAS and revenue
Manage budgets and continuously improve campaign efficiency
Test audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages and offers
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for growth
Track the complete journey from ad → enquiry → booking → revenue
Prepare clear performance reports focused on business outcomes
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support sales growth
🎯 YOU
Are results-driven and comfortable being measured by bookings and revenue
Have hands-on experience running Meta and Google campaigns
Can demonstrate campaigns with real numbers and measurable results
Understand ROAS, CAC, CPL, cost per booking and conversion rates
Know how to reach and convert premium audiences, rather than relying on mass-market tactics
Think beyond clicks and impressions — you think in revenue and growth
Are analytical, commercially minded and willing to experiment
We care less about how much you spend and more about what you make happen with it.
💰 THE UPSIDE
Around ₹40,000/month fixed + performance-based incentives
The more you contribute to seat sales and revenue growth, the more you earn.
